Accommodation

A number of hotel rooms at the Estrel Hotel has been reserved for the congress participants. Please use our online registration form exclusively.

Prices are per room, per night. They include breakfast, service and 19% VAT. In case of VAT increase CTW GmbH reserves the right to accordingly increase the room rates, even if the participant has already received a different confirmation/invoice.

We recommend an early room booking, at the same time as making your registration.

CTW will make every effort to honour hotel requests, but reserves the right to confirm alternative bookings if the hotel chosen is not available anymore. Reservations must be guaranteed in advance by credit card. Kindly note after March 15, 2009, we can no longer guarantee the possibility of any hotel reservation.

Reserved rooms shall be retained until 6:00 pm on date of arrival. Please use the form to notify CTW in case of late arrival or please notify the hotel directly.

Cancellation of hotel reservation

Cancellation of the hotel reservation must be notified to CTW in writing only. In the event of cancellation a handling fee of 30.00 EUR per room as well as any cancellation fee of the hotel has to be paid. As stated, changes to your original application will be charged with a handling fee
of 15.– EUR.
