The full participation includes admission to all scientific sessions, the opening and closing ceremony and the get together party.

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes the opening and closing ceremony and the get together party. The symposia can only be booked along with a full participation.

All congress participants who paid the regular WAPM membership fees (full participation) will have free online access to the WAPM journal, the Journal of Perinatal Medicine.

Payment

All amounts are payable in EURO. Payment is possible by bank transfer or credit card. For payment by credit card we accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa. On site you can pay in cash or by credit card only.

Please quote the name of the participant on every giro transfer form. For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of all names. All bank charges must be paid by the participant.

We can only consider bank transfers when received on our congress account before
October 14, 2009. After this date, it is necessary to pay the fee on site in the congress office.

Cancellation

Cancellations have to be made to CTW in writing only. In case of cancellation of a full participation the following fees come due:

Until February 13, 2009: EUR 50.– per person
Until May 29, 2009: EUR 150.– per person
From May 29, 2009 on: full fee is payable

A cancellation of an accompanying persons fee until May 29, 2009 will be charged with 35.– EUR per person. From May 29, 2009 on no refund will be made. The same applies if the participant/accompanying person doesn't appear.

We are sorry that the substitution of delegates is not possible.

Liability

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, social program and of all other information provided in this announcement.

Neither the organizers nor CTW – Congress Organisation Thomas Wiese GmbH are liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants and accompanying persons are attending the congress and all accompanying events at their own risk and responsibility.

Tax

The German VAT is subject to change. In case of an increase, prices with presently 19% will be adapted accordingly.
